How do I choose my size?
Use the body measurements in our Size & Fit Guide, or the size calculator on each product page. Some styles have adjustable straps or ties, so you can fine-tune the fit. Still unsure? Email us at care@rosenreed.com and we'll help you choose.
What fabric are the dresses made of?
We choose breathable, comfortable fabrics for Indian weather. The exact fabric, length and fit of each style are listed on its product page.
Are the dresses see-through?
It depends on the fabric and colour. Lighter shades can be slightly sheer in strong light, so we suggest nude innerwear with them. Check the product description for details on each style.
How should I wash and care for my dress?
Follow the care instructions on the product page and the label. In general, wash in cold water and dry in shade to keep the fit and colour. Hot water or tumble drying may cause slight shrinkage.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is complimentary on every order across India, including Cash on Delivery.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available on most pin codes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, plus Cash on Delivery on most pin codes.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched in 2–3 working days and usually delivered within 5–7 working days after that. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS or email once your order ships.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within India only.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge before it is dispatched. Email care@rosenreed.com with your order number. Once shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can request an exchange.
Can I exchange my dress?
Yes, for a different size or colour within 3 days of delivery, if the item is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. See our Returns, Exchange & Cancellation page for details.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Message us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Do you accept returns?
We do not offer returns for change of mind. Refunds are issued for damaged, defective or wrong items and for orders cancelled before dispatch, within 7–10 working days of approval.
