1. About us
Rose & Reed is an Indian women’s dress brand run by Subhadra Pal, located at Ground Floor, Plot No. 118/1521/1750, Khata No. 429/366, Nuapatna, District Cuttack, Odisha 754035, India. Contact: care@rosenreed.com.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary, so slight differences may occur. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. Orders are accepted subject to stock availability.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email or SMS once payment (or Cash on Delivery confirmation) is received. We may cancel or refuse an order in cases such as stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an undeliverable address, and will refund any amount paid. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store your card or UPI details.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship within India. Timelines are described in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
These are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Use of the site
You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Rose & Reed name, logo, images, designs and text, belongs to Rose & Reed and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rose & Reed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Odisha.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies at the time of your order.
