At Rose & Reed, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of eligible clothing items that are:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in the original clear garment packaging with SKU label (where applicable)
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please place a new order after your return has been processed.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return window begins on the date the final package is delivered.
Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) reference. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within the return period and provide clear photographs showing the issue. We will review the claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Beauty products
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates & lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
Any item marked as Final Sale is not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The wrong item was received
- The item arrived damaged
- The item arrived defective
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
Items returned that do not meet the return requirements outlined above may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined at our discretion.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow 5–7 business days for return processing after the returned package has been received. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within a limited period after purchase if processing has not yet begun. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.
