Bust: measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level under your arms.
Waist: measure around your natural waist, the narrowest part of your torso.
Hip: stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Shoulder: measure across your back from one shoulder edge to the other.

Undelivered or damaged parcels

Exchanges

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Email care@rosenreed.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still request an exchange. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Easy 3-day exchange

If something isn't quite right, you can request an exchange for a different size or colour within 3 days of delivery.

Items bought on sale or with a special discount may not be eligible for exchange

Damaged or wrong item

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please message us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Returns and refunds

We do not offer returns for change of mind. Refunds are issued for damaged, defective or wrong items, and for orders cancelled before dispatch, to the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders) within 7–10 working days of approval.
